Runchat Updates: January 6, 2026

🌠 INSTALL CUSTOM MODELS FROM FAL.AI WITHOUT AN API KEY

• You can now use (most) models from fal.ai with runchat credits
• To install a model, find what you want on fal,ai, copy the url and paste it into the model selector in Runchat
• Some models have complex pricing structures that we can't support yet - if you find one that you want to use but can't install let us know and we can add it for you.

⚡ MORE STORAGE AND NO CREDITS FOR INPUT NODES

• We've increased the storage on the gallery - 200mb for starter plans and 40gb for pro
• Input nodes in workflows no longer cost 1 credit to run, have as many as you like

💳 ALIPAY SUPPORT

• If you're in China, now there is a way to more easily purchase credits and subscriptions

🎚️ IMPROVED SETTINGS BAR AND NODE INFO

• We've added tooltips to all buttons in the node settings bar
• Click the (i) icon in the settings bar to see detailed information about your generation

🏎️ FLUX DEV TURBO

• We've added this as a default model - it offers extremely fast and cheap image editing (16 credits / input + output megapixel)

We've also migrated from our old runchat.app domain to runchat.com. You should be redirected to .com if you visit any .app links but if there are any issues with this please let us know.

We're currently working on more improvements to the in-editor gallery, templates and prompt/search bars.
