🖼️ SKETCH EDITOR IS FASTER AND POINTIER

  • You can draw arrows in the image editor now. No more bad sketches for these (if you don't want)
  • We save paths and transforms now so your edits will load a lot faster
  • We upload edits in the background so you can return to the canvas a lot faster

🐇 EDITOR PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS

  • A lot of you have very, very large workflows and they were slooow
  • We've made a lot of small changes that will make the speed of these workflows a lot faster
  • As part of these changes, images on nodes in the editor are rendered as low res previews. You can always get the original high res images from the dashboard or the image editor.

🌐 BETTER, CHEAPER SEARCH

  • Search tools now cost 10 credits (5x cheaper)
  • Fetches with the code node cost 1 credit (5x cheaper)
  • We've added the "Schematron" model for converting raw html to whatever format you need. This let's you ask the agent node to do things like "grab the hero image from runchat.com" or "get all images from archdaily news today" and so on

📱 BIG IMPROVEMENTS FOR PEOPLE WHO LIKE PHONES

  • The mobile app actually works now thanks to many small improvements:
  • you can pinch to zoom reliably
  • the mobile menus and editors are streamlined
  • we've removed bounciness and a lot more

⌨️ CODE EDITS ARE EASIER AND FASTER AND CHEAPER

  • The code agent can now insert / replace / delete chunks of your code
  • You can view diffs on the code and accept them
  • This makes generating code much, much cheaper so you can use better models for the same price as before.

💖 A DOZEN OTHER THINGS

  • Save with Ctrl+S (and more reliable autosave)
  • Reference assets directly in chat with TAB
  • Custom instructions on the agent mode and more.

We're really excited about these changes and what's coming next: We're working on making the runchat agent much more useful on the canvas. Stay tuned ....
