Runchat Updates: June 30, 2026
Actions toolbar, mobile ux and agent improvements

🛠️ NEW ACTIONS TOOLBAR
We've added a quick actions toolbar to the top of the Node Selection Menu to speed up your design iterations.
Instantly access tools for Enhance, Create Variations, Combine, and Find References.
Each action automatically adds the corresponding runchat node to your canvas. You can copy this and edit it for your own customizations, and soon you will also be able to add your own custom actions.
📱 MOBILE UX OVERHAUL
The mobile topbar is now more condensed, removing borders to maximize canvas screen real estate.
Chat is now open by default with a streamlined, single-line input to keep your workspace clean.
Double-tapping the canvas now opens the Create Panel instantly.
We've added a 'copy to new node' button for image outputs since you can't alt-drag on mobile.
Workflow dragging on the dashboard is now disabled to prevent accidental triggers while scrolling.
💬 CHAT & AGENT IMPROVEMENTS
The chat panel now supports dragging to change width and autoscrolls more reliably.
The 'Thinking' state is now smarter; the timer won't reset when you collapse the panel, and we've added indicators to let you know if the agent has disconnected or stalled.
We've improved the layout for 'Thinking Tips' and capped them at two lines to keep the interface tidy.
When the agent suggests a higher-quality model, it will now automatically flow through to your credit limit settings for a smoother transition.
🔍 BUG FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS
Gallery filters are now multi-select, allowing for more granular searching.
We've increased the default max token count for installed OpenRouter models for more complex generations.
Fixed a bug where SVGs were not rendering correctly in the Gallery or Editor.
Fixed a bug where you couldn't publish artifacts from automated tasks
Moved the tips panel to the notifications area so it isn't in the way of chat
Fixed bug where it was possible to create local modifications to public workflows without first saving a copy
